Tour description
Altay is the perfect place for rehabilitation and treatment. There is alpine climate, more than 300 sunny days a year, healing hot springs, growing in the wild herbs, healing mud of steppe lakes here. It was here that on the basis of mountain deer antlers the methods have been developed and products have been manufactured which extend the human life and create an unusually wide range of treatment and rehabilitation.
Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Barnaul. Breakfast at the cafe. Departure to the Altay Mountains (350 km, travel time 4-5 hours). Arriving in the tourist area Chemal. Accommodation at the tourist complex. Meeting with the doctor. Deciding on the number and set of procedures (antler baths, phyto-barrels, massages). Walk around the neighborhood. Rise to the observation hill. National program in Russian style or acquaintance with Altay traditions and customs. Tasting of national dishes.

Day 2: Health-improving program: antler baths. Rest. Trip to Chemal - the first Altay mountain resort. Excursions: Chemal HPP, a female monastery on the island of Patmos, "Cry-rock" and Sartykpay Gates. Evening procedures prescribed by the doctor. Dinner is grilled. Evening of bard songs at the campfire.

Day 3: Early departure. Trip to the mountain passovers “"In the footsteps of the nomadic tribes" (15 hours). On the Chujski highway, through passovers Seminsky and Chike-Taman, to the legendary monuments of the Tract Kalbak-Tash. You will see a statue of a stone warrior, cave paintings - petroglyphs, ancient burial tombs.

Day 4: Health-improving program: antler baths. Rest. Excursion by car along the steep bank of the Katun River (7 hours). Visit the ancient burial tombs, cave paintings-hieroglyphics around Elanda river and Edigan. Lunch - a picnic on the riverbank. Return to the tourist complex. Evening procedures prescribed by a doctor.

Day 6: Visit the popular tourist area of Turquoise Katun. Visit the unique Tavdinsky caves and Archaeological Museum under the open sky "Crossroad of the Worlds". Arrive in the area of the lake Teletskoye. Placing. Walk around the neighborhood. View of the lake. Rise to the observation hill Tyalan-Tuu (height 741 m, 3 km, 2 hours).

Day 7: Excursion program for the whole day on the water area of Lake Teletskoye from north to south, to Cape Kyrsay. On the way - visit Korbu waterfall (height 12.5 m). Southern Cape Kyrsay is the warmest place of the lake. The main tributary - a river Chulyshman flows in the lake here. You can swim. Lunch - a picnic of freshly caught fish. On returning to the tourist complex you will have bath.

Day 8: Departure to the resort Belokurikha with visit on the way the popular tourist region where the warm mountain lake Aya is located. Observation peak – Devil’s finger or catamarans and swimming. Arrival in the resort Belokurikha. Accommodation. Visit one of the aqua-parks and thermal zones.
