Middle Katun river rafting tour is a weekly rafting along Middle Katun. This rafting includes the most energetic river's part with its powerful rapids: "Ilgumen", "Kadrinskaya Truba", "Shabash" that are located in the remoted uninhabited canyon. Then the river flows through the tectonic fissures and rocky narrowings that create the further rapids: "Klizma", "Teldekpen' 1 and 2" and "Elanda".

Tour program

1-2 days: Transfer by bus from Novosibirsk to the estuary of the Big Yaloman river: Chuysky highway over the passovers Seminsky (2000 m) and Chike-tamansky till the river BigYaloman (total route is 692 km). Night in the tents at the river of the Big Yaloman. Setting the fire, dinner and introduction to each other. Night in the tents.

2 day: Preparation to the rafting. Instructions are made by the guides. An hour trainging on the water. Rafting beginning through the rapid "Ilgumen". Night in the tents.

3 day: Passing over the rapids "Kadrinskaya truba", "Poganka", "Shabash", arrival at the river Ursul's estuary (route - 40 km). Staying at the Ursul camping. Russian sauna (optional).

4 day: Recreation day at the camping.

5 day: Rafting through the rapids "Sumultinskaya riffles", "Kayancha-1" and "Kayancha-2". Attending the cave painting and burial mounds. Night at the camping.

6 day: Sightseeing tour to the waterfall Beltertuyuk. Rafting through the tectonic fracture that forms the rapids "Teldekpen 1-2", "Cheburach" and "Elandinsky". Night in the tents near the camping "Chechkysh".

7 day: First part of the day - recreation. Continuation of rafting through the rapids of the "Chemal Pipe" (Sartykpai's Rocks), "Elikmonar riffles" till the river Uznezya. Attendance of the Chemal Ghydro-electric power station, the monastery of St. Makariy at the rocks of Patmos island. Night in the tents.

8 day: Rafting through the rapids "Anos", "Cheposh", and "Seminskie Skaly". Accommodation in the tents on the territory of "Tzar Ochota" tourist complex.

9 day: 12.00: departure from Altay to Novosibirsk. Arrival in Novosibirsk (route - 480 km) late at night (~ 23.00)
